The aim is to have a wider scope in monitoring reforested areas and get a broader picture to combat illegal logging.

These devices are equipped with a 12.4-megapixel camera; they can reach a maximum height of 600 meters and a maximum distance of five kilometers, which allows a better approach in difficult areas.

The drones are used to prevent and combat illegal logging, monitor forest industry; the detection of affected areas by land uses changes and quantification of fire-damaged surfaces.

The videos and aerial photographs obtained are part of the reforestation programs, commercial plantations and forest usability.
